The workers showed up on time, worked hard for very long hours, and finished the work ahead of schedule. It also looks like they did an excellent job with the flooring installation and the interior painting work. We are very happy with how our renovated house looks like. We were told from other competitors that laying LVP over tile was not recommended and we needed to have tile taken off. We did not want to go through that process due to it would be very expensive and messy. We were on a budget and needed to stay close to our budget as possible. When we discussed what we wanted Manuel listened and told us that yes LVP can be laid over the tile and provided his expertise as he has done many floors and the results were great. Manuel was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and his estimate was fair and reasonable.
