"I asked for an estimate for repairing/replacing several outdoor wooden stairs and for shoring up the hand railing. Ray pointed out that there was extensive termite damage and dry rot. I was told that no contractor would agree to do the job without replacing everything. I received the estimate for the whole job including the deck, which we never even discussed.  The scope was much more extensive than I requested.  I opted to have my landscaper shore up the bottom two steps.  It will hold for another year or two until we can do a more extensive repair.

Adrian or his brother were there every day on site answer any questions and to ensure the work was being done as contracted. Drop cloths were laid down each day to pick up roof debris and collected at the end of the day. There was minimal mess.
