"We signed the contract with Verengo 03/07/14 to lease the solar panels. The panels were installed on 4/10/14 and the team was very professional and quick. A few concrete tiles were broken during the installation but they were replaced the next day. There was a code problem that arose when the City came to inspect but again it was corrected (at no cost to us). Everything was approved at the second inspection. On 05/12/14, we were notified that we could flip the switch to activate the panels.  We will be saving approximately $100.00 a month on our electric bill and are very happy with the work done by Verengo.

"Raymond and his team did an amazing job. They ran a new power line from Edison's pole to a new building on my property and installed a new electrical panel. They also ran the wiring underground to my home and created a sub-panel for power. They also installed numerous outlets for lights, including a 220v for power tools & replaced a fan motor from an existing attic fan. They did a wonderful job. They made some recommendations that I didn't even think of. They pulled permits, met with city inspectors, and worked side-by-side with linemen from Southern California Edison, without any issues. "Austin Van Sant knows his business. We had him take our solar panels off our roof as we had to have our roof repaired. Once that job was completed, Austin reinstalled our solar panels using a better footing installation that attaches to the rafters, thereby not having to cut any tiles (as the previous company Horizen Solar did, which caused roof leaks). He also applied a bird mesh to the bottom of the solar panels to prohibit birds from making nests. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious. I highly recommend Austin Van Sant and his partner Louie. They work fast, are light footed, and are very congenial. We are very pleased with their performance."

"We are so happy we chose RIVER RUN SOLUTIONS after interviewing the other company’s located in Lake Havasu. Not only was the installation and installers top notch but the follow up from Cole was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We do not live in Havasu full time but after a power outage in the area, our internet did not come back on line. Cole called us immediately, because he monitors the systems they install, and informed us about the outage. The modem needed to be unplugged & rebooted and we live in California. One of his techs went to the house and rebooted the system. Above & beyond! We also have solar on our CA home and get NO service from them, they don’t monitor the system and they let us know it is up to us to monitor it. "The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. The problem was a switch that hadn't pushed on properly and was an easy fix. We felt like they worked very hard to get the system in for us quickly and were polite and professional throughout the experience."
