"Garret and is crew were great to work with as they corrected the water damage from a broken tub drain. Once they inspected the initial issue, Garret took the time to examine the surrounding are to identify the source and provided the correct course of action to correct the water damage - it had crossed three floors of the house. The team that worked within the house were extremely courteous and kept the mess to a pair minimum. Which was amazing considering, they had to remove a tub, drywall, tile and wood flooring, and installation. Highly recommend the team."

"All needed to be dry cleaned instead of steam cleaned...cost more. This is the second time I have used this company,"

"Tim and his crew did an excellent job restoring damaged wood floor and baseboards of my older home. He took the time to find a solution in matching materials since they no longer make the flooring or baseboards for my older home. The end result? You could not tell it was a restoration as it appeared like the original materials. Unbelievable craftsmanship not to mention professional demeanor. Will I hire him again? Yep! Iâ m sending him a list of my needed repairs with confidence that the job will performed to my satisfaction. Thank you, Tim!"

"When we discovered we had at least five inches of water in our crawl space under our house and a leak that needed immediate fixing, we were in a panic. Paramount Restoration and D'Andre to the rescue! D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. This brings such peace of mind as this house is so much more than just a building - it's our home. Paramount treats it as if it was theirs and D'Andre treats us like family! Thank God there are people like these still around!"

"I chose Advanced Restorations for water proofing my basement after seeing their 5 star rating on the BBB , from the top the owner Mike , to sales rep Marty and the workers Kendrick and his crew were all they claimed to be . They were all very professional, very respectful of my property and my schedule, they cleaned up after the job and the basement and after heavy rain , yea ! my basement no longer leaks or floods and I can have my special sewing room back without fear of damage to my sewing equipment let alone the damage to my walls and structure of my home had this not been taken care of . A big thank you to Advance restoration , I highly recommend this company to anyone considering to restore their basement, they go out of their way to make this work for you ."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!"

"Phoenix Property Cleanup and Dumpster Rental was very accommodating and helpful. They worked with my needs and did so in a timely manner. Would recommend this company."

"Chad Gillum, called 30 minutes before starting time, which I liked. He explained everything he was going to do. After he finished, areas that he cleaned looked clean. Chad said it'll take between 6 to 8 hours to dry. He was right on that. Very happy with the out come of everything. Thanks Chad."

"My gutters were cleaned, I was charged extra for the screening on first level gutters, but the screens were not but back correctly, one screen is lying on my porch, they were to return 6-19-18 no show no call, today is 6-21-18, I will pay for the cleaning but not the additional charge for the screens, because I will have to pay someone else to do it, or do it myself, and Mr. Tuttle was rude and argumentative, stated he under bid the job, If they have been doing this as long as their site claims, I would think that they should know what they are doing by now. But you don't relay that to the customer, you eat the cost and learn from it!!!"
