"Worked with Makayla to get an estimate - the entire process was extremely professional and detailed! I did not end up going through with the drywall and painting project due to personal reasons not related to this group. I would highly recommend this team as I have seen the work they have done for some of my relatives!"

Customers say: Quality work

"We have used Hatton Quality Painting for many years for both interior and exterior work. They are dependable and reliable and do excellent work. This job was no different. Their attention to details and the time they take to prep before painting is what sets them apart from other painters. They go above and beyond to make sure that the end product looks great."

"I had 4 large rooms and high ceilings, even a mural to cover, patching in a few places, and cove base to replace and accent wall in every room. Everything was clean and done in two days. I'm blown away at the timelyness and the quality of the work. I have a much bigger project ahead including things outside of the painting that involves construction items and I will be using them again in the future."

"Blue Chip Painting did an awesome job on our exterior painting for the trim and gutters. Also power washed and stained our deck and fence. The excessive heat caused some minor issues on the decking and Ralph sent his team over immediately to fix the areas. Ralph is so professional and courteous."

"There arenโ€™t enough words to say how great 360 Painting of Cincinnati does their work. It is the end of the outdoor painting season & Eduardo came the day I called for a quote on our trim. He worked it into his schedule & work was completed in time. From meeting Eduardo for the quote to his crew, everyone was thorough & polite. The day of painting there was a supervisor on site, working with the crew. On the day of painting Eduardo found a hole in a soffit & with our approval repaired, along with some additional changes we requested. Once work was completed, Eduardo came by & inspected to be sure all work was done & cleanup was completed to our satisfaction. Should we need painting inside we will call Eduardo. We highly recommend 360 Painting of Cincinnati."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Cincinnati, OH

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
