"Only sorry I can just give 5 stars!!!! We just had a new fence installed with Cascade. I had a problem area with my backyard sloping and the fence going with it on one end and the rest was 25 years old. I contacted Cascade and it was an amazing experience from first to last. They set up a comprehensive estimate with several options (including a solution to my sloping problem) from a 3 minute video I took and my address! Then I had 2 in-person visits from Lukas and Avin to make sure the project was exactly what I wanted. We set a date and the installers Darren and Aaron arrived bright and early. They were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Whenever I had a question about the project, they were always ready to take a moment and make sure I understood what was happening. The final product is stunning and my fence is the best one in the neighborhood with quality materials and excellent installation. EVERYTHING from the estimate, to the install, and even the billing process (shout out to Charlyn for assisting me when my bank denied my payment [bank’s fault]) has been easy and professionally done. We WILL be using Cascade again when it is time for the deck in the backyard. Thanks to all of the wonderful folks that work with Cascade. We could not be happier if we tried."

"Very well! Joe worked closely with us to satisfy our dream of having our 'East Coast' screened in deck in the PNW. He was transparent about the unknowns and worked hard to find answers and solutions. Although it was a costly project, we are pretty sure the final product costs were significantly lower than our other bid(s). Joe found very high quality sub-contractor workers and negotiated to a favorable price. And, he also held true to his word. Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. "Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
