"David and his team did a great job for us. We had a 60 foot cypress tree in our backyard that was too close to the house and needed to be removed. David responded very quickly to our request for an estimate in late August, and due to a cancellation in his schedule, was able to remove the tree in mid September. His team arrived at 9 AM and the work, including clean up and complete removal of the tree, was finished by 3 PM. The crew also did an excellent job protecting the shrubs and ferns under the tree. We would recommend Gold Tooth Gorilla Tree Service to anyone."

"Excellent response for consultation! Very professional and courteous. Did a great job trimming the trees, but there was a total disconnect between my expectations on the tree removal and what I actually received! They merely cut the two trees off at the ground, which was something I could have done myself!! When questioned about the "removal" part, the response was, "this is how we always do it", which did nothing for me! During the consultation we had discussed that I wanted to replace the two trees that were to be removed with new trees and the consultant had been so kind as to refer me to a landscape company that could assist with making a better selection for the location. So, how do you replace a tree with the stump and the roots still in the ground?? Guess this was just an educational experience for me - to ask for better definition of what "removing" a tree means before actually having the work done!! And they advertise that they do tree "removal". Just wonder if that ever really means R E M O V A L!! I really liked these guys, so I am sad to have had such a poor experience!!"
