"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate.  They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard.  Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs.  We really couldn't ask for a better experience.  Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"Could not be more pleased.  Excellent work, attention to detail.  Trees selected have done very well.  Have received compliments on the landscaping around the trees.  Fenced in structure for our raised bed has performed flawlessly and is standing up well to the weather here.  He also had some suggestions on some path work we did that has maintained the natural look we wanted and is weathering well.  The deck work he did is also holding up very well and looks great. <br />"

"There were no problems. All of the workers were very professional and they had it completed in 2 days. They showed me how to use the system and also explained how much the sod I installed would need to be watered. Because I had the system installed late in the season and had to water the sod until the end of October, they told me the best times to water so that the system wouldn't freeze. A one-time blow-out of the system at the end of the year was included in the price. They also included a one-time startup of the system in the spring.I have them scheduled to complete the back yard in the spring. <br /> <br />"

"Wonderful! We had a very unique design and style concept for our home and Sussex was the only builder in the area who was comfortable taking on something outside of the traditional Montana style custom home. Sussex provided a very detailed quote and detailed project plan which made it easy to understand and to monitor. Sussex provided a tremendous amount of support in picking out all the details of the house which would have been overwhelming. We were not quite in by the original target date, but Sussex went above and beyond down the stretch to get the home done by our adjusted move in date. They were incredibly responsive to the few issues we had over the course of our first year in the home. Wonderful experience. If we ever get the opportunity to build again, it will be with Sussex."

"The key to any successful remodel is communication and flexibility. Cole was very attentive to my needs and requirements and provided valuable suggestions in addition to excellent craftsmanship. <br /> He suggested a way to save on the tile required for the floor and shower. He also found a very reasonably priced source for the cabinetry. I saved so much through his suggestions that I was able to afford a custom granite top. <br /> <br /> From beginning to end the job went very smoothly. Cole was on the job and the work progressed smoothly, exactly as he promised. He was on-site when he said he would be and completed each stage of the work as he predicted. If I had questions, he was easy to reach. <br /> The dry wall sub he brought in was also excellent and did a superb job matching the texture and finish of the existing wall. <br /> <br /> All in all a terrific job and I am very happy with the results."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Clancy, MT

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
