They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had another contractor that was suppose to install our floor and he cancelled once then said he could do it in 2 weeks. After removing all our funiture and our wood stove because he said he would be there on Monday he cancelled the Friday before. We put out an ad on Angieâ  s list asking for help and within 15 minutes a company called Freedom Flooring called and said he would do the job on Saturday, This is 2 days earlier than the other contractor could get it done. This young man named Nathan was 5 minutes early on Saturday and worked all day with no break or lunch to finish our floor. He did this by himself and did an excellent job. Eric additionally surgically removed many boards and sewed in replacement boards that were seamless " beautifully done " Then applied 4 coats of commercial oil finish that looks fantastic and so far is holding up well . "I have absolutely no complaints.  Pete was pleasant to deal with and very responsive to emails and phone calls.  While visiting about the job, he told me they were about a month out, which was not bad because another company I talked to claimed to be a year out.  So, I gave Pete a check and the signed agreement.  A week and a half later, he called and said they could come out and do our roof.  His guys showed up when they said they would and worked through two blustery cold days.  The crew was friendly and a pleasure to talk to when asking questions.  They had the old roof off and the area cleaned really well the first day, a Thursday. The second day, a Friday, they had the shingles installed and only needed to finish the cap at the peak. They came back and finished it up on Saturday morning.  On each visit, they left the yard clean and in good shape.  I highly recommend Little Roofing and Construction if you have any roofing work you need done.
