Several months after paying him in full, our firepit still remains unusable. He also never provided us with a receipt showing the job was paid in full and the warranty period. WHAT A SHAME THAT A MANS WORD AND A HAND SHAKE NO LONGER MEAN ANYTHING. We have given him numerous opportunities to complete the job but we always get an excuse and now we do not even get a response.
