"The project went great. I got updates on when the crew would be here and text/phone calls when there were issues. Customer service was fantastic. The job was excellent and it was about $7k less than competitors. I was very happy. The only mishap was that I stepped on a nail on the second day they were here. I realize that debris is everywhere, but think they should clear pathways regularly as I was in and out of the house that day."

"I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. "We have had a horrible experience when dealing with this company . During the very first month of our new roof, it leaked in 2 different spots. Over the next two years, several repair attempts were made but the roof is still leaking . The CEO has been to the site, the VP has been to the site, yet nothing changes and I still have a leaky roof . Run away! They do not honor their own warranty and we plan to reach out to our insurance company to notify them about Our bad experience with this company."

"Shortly after I bought my house, my son-in-law was checking out the roof and he said that in one area, the plywood seemed weak - too much give when walking on it. We had a person from G&G come look at it and he agreed that it didn't seem right. A couple of guys were sent out to inspect it. They removed a few shingles and then put them back and said nothing was wrong with it. They added no new wood or shingles. I received an invoice for $1200. When my daughter called to ask why it was so high when they barely did anything, she was told they would lower the amount and send a new invoice. I never received a new invoice. I was worried about this coming back on me for not paying so I called the number that I found on my estimate. The person that answered the phone said that the guy who had originally looked at the roof was no longer working there. When I explained the whole situation, he said that I should let it go and not worry about it. I told him that I didn't want to have this come back on me later. He said he would go back to the office and see what is up with it and call me back. He never called me back. But I was not letting this go until I was sure it was settled. Instead of returning my call, today a guy from G&G rang my doorbell. He told me that the cost had been lowered to $900. I told him that I didn't agree with that amount, but I would pay it if they could send me an invoice. I had already called their office. All I needed to know was how much I owed. I didn't need a visit from someone repeatedly ringing my doorbell and causing my dog to bark. This should have been a returned phone call. I mentioned that I had trouble understanding the guys that were here removing the shingles because they couldn't speak English. He then called me a racist. I told him that I am not a racist and I have Hispanic people in my family. I merely was saying I couldn't understand these two guys."

"Horrible experience. They did a bad job on the original install. I found a bunch of holes in my attic afterwards. I had to fight them to get it fixed. 8 patches on a brand new roof. Ridiculous. The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical."
