Prior to painting, we replaced all trim and added wood feature walls, new balusters, a large fireplace mantle, and hallway lockers. Chad provided a comprehensive estimate and timeline for completion of the work. He was very responsive and available to answer our questions. Throughout the entire process, Chad was just a text or phone call away, often responding immediately or within a few hours. Due to circumstances beyond his control, Chad and his team (Jon) got started slightly later than planned, but it worked out in such a way that the team could complete large chunks of the work all at one time.
