"Constructo did a wonderful job building an entire patio area in my backyard. They were quick to respond about providing a quote for the work and installation began shortly after. They have a lot of knowledge about patio installation and best of all - they completed the work in than 5 business days!"

"Gave estimate I did not hire them due to them expecting me to. Provide tools and other Equipment that they should have provided, and there price for the small work I needed was over priced."

"They appeared on time with two bucket trucks and started pruning. It took most of the day. They were careful how and where they set up the trucks and I had no visible damage to my lawn or even my fragile begonias. They cleaned up all the cut limbs and left the lawn spotless. I asked them to also trim back a few branches on a tree that was impinging on the streetlight and to prune a little off the top of a Japanese maple that I couldn't reach. They took care of it and didn't charge me any extra. I was impressed."

"The owner did a thorough inspection, and suggested a few additional repairs in addition to my primary one. The price was doable. Danny came within the week and accomplished everything between about 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. It looks as if it's a fine job, professional accomplished."

"The French drains were installed in Jan 2014 and everything was fine. Would have never called Todd in May, but we had some grass removed with a backhoe and a section of the drain was torn out. That section of the drain was above the level of the grass so when the backhoe was removing 2-3" of grass the drain was dug out too. We felt the drain should have been dug deeper, as the majority of the drain he did had been. We also found where duct tape was used to tape broken pipe when it was installed. Todd told us he had done it all correctly and took no responsibility. It is difficult to deal with contractors, if you're not in the business, it is impossible to ask all the questions you need to. We should have questioned the "hump" in the grass when it was installed, but it just didn't occur to us. I did ask Todd about it after the fact and he said it usually "settles down" over time. In our case it didn't. In the end we agreed to disagree and we ended up replacing the drain ourselves. <br />"

"Arrived when scheduled, stayed focused on the job, very efficient and knowledgeable in performing work, cleaned my yard where limbs were dragged from back yard to the front street, and cleaned up the street of twigs and leaves.  Left premises in perfect shape.  Engaged with the customer in a professional manner. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Claremore, OK

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
