"Hired O'Grady Brothers after getting 8-10 estimates because they were the lowest ($5200 for siding, trim, and soffits). My house is sided with cement board and trim is wrapped in aluminum, so it is a relatively simply paint job. They were fast and friendly. They didn't do some of the prep work that we talked about, which I didn't feel great about since prep is important. There was also a lot of paint on the windows when they finished, and when I asked them to clean the windows, they didn't clean them well. The painting crew had some people who didn't seem very experienced and some more skilled painters. Overall, they were cheaper than others and fast. Since my house didn't require lots of prep, I would recommend them for that type of work, but I can't recommend them for more complicated jobs or if you are looking for the highest quality painters. Maybe they would be better on a more elaborate paint job, but I thought that they cut corners on my house, which didn't impress me."

His attention to detail, cost analysis, honesty and project completion time perfect. So we had Zak install a heated element that goes below the tile flooring a bath tub, fixtures and vanity. Everything looks specacular. You wont go wrong hiring this guy.. You may have to wait for a short while.. Because he’s always comitted to finishing his curent job(s) but he is worth the wait."
