"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Wish they would have let me know that before finishing that another can of paint would have made a better finish. I would have gone and gotten more.
