"Mark met with me, and was on time and courteous for the original estimate. He had Jason come back and install the tiles. When Jason installed the floor, the tiles weren't lined up correctly. As you look down the rows of the tiles, you can see that it is not straight. That's the only part that I didn't like. I'd recommend that you make sure he uses plastic tile spacers when doing the installation, not paper ones. Jason did a good job installing the cupboards, but not initially. But they were willing to correct those problems, so it did turn out fine in the end. They were a bit late for service appointments, except for the first day. I would use them again for their cabinetry work, but not to do tile work. It seemed like they had too many jobs going at once to devote real attention to one."
