"Had a wonderful experience with Arbor Care. Professional, great work and very reasonable pricing. I asked for simple and easy to maintain and they delivered and then some. New Grass seed was also silt seeded into the lawn and need another week to 10 days to come in. What you see in the after is the crabgrass and weeds dying off as the new seeds germinate. I'll add a new picture after the grass comes in. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Great at mowing and trimming. Did it for 3 years. Not good at fertilizing and refused to mow without fertilizing although he did my neighbor. Had weeds everywhere and it was not very green or thick .after complaining he was argumentative. Also had a section of yard slit seeded and no grass came up. Ryan is not professional at all. Never recommended any improvements for my yard at all and it looked bad! I decided to seek services elsewhere. <br />"

"Mr. Peters was very personable and professional. He responded to our inquiry when other pros did not. Given we were on a time constraint and he was very busy, Mr. Peters still managed to squeeze us in. We had a huge area in the back yard that was very swampy albeit we paid another company last fall to remedy it. Mr. Peters had additional dirt trucked in, graded it properly and sowed grass seed. We had our first big rain last night since he finished and the area looks great. A few puddles that have since then drained unlike the pond prior to his work. We are very pleased!"

"I wrote an earlier review about the service from "A Beautiful Lawn" back in July. It focused on the lack of responsiveness, particularly on billing. Those issues have been completely resolved. The owner has been out to our home and together, we developed a plan for our lawn and landscaping needs. As of now, I am pleased to say that we are back on track with all of those plans including the billing issues I mentioned in the July review."

As the project progressed, we continued to add to the scope due to the quality and appearance of the work that we had received. "My other half thought we should have lawn services performed on our yard a couple of years ago so he signed up. Services were for 6 applications during various times from March through October. In previous years, services were appriopriate and needed. We were making headway with our yard. With the bad drought last year, we thought that a couple of the applications might not really be necessary and would be a waste of our money. Without rain, most of this stuff doesn't really work. I called to cancel the May application. We were told all the reasons why we should continue with the treatments. (I had just finished a seminar with lawn specialists through our Master Gardener program and had concerns about some of the applications.) I insisted that the application be cancelled. Tru-Green was to make a note in the computer of my request. In a couple of days, the representative knocked on our door to say he was there to make the application. I informed him that I had cancelled that treatment a few days earlier. He was very polite and indicated there was no problem, just a miscommunication. When June came around, Tru-Green left an automated voice message that the application would be performed in a few days. I immediately called back and requested cancellation of this service. This one was for grubs with which we don't have a problem. I received the same song and dance about why the application should be done. Again, I insisted the application be cancelled. A few days later I found Tru-Green's sign in our yard regarding the application as I was backing out of our garage. I called the company and was told there were no notes in the system about a cancellation and was assured that we would not be charged. A week later, the bill arrived. We paid the bill and I wrote the company a letter outlining the circumstances and that there service was no longer required. It was not said, but I believe my calls were ignored because I go by a different last name. I thought the company's conduct was inappropriate and that they didn't really care about customer service and working with the customer. The company did follow-up with a call to my other half but wouldn't talk with me. <br />"
