"Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Had initial issues with communication through the customer portal causing a few missed appointments with their techs. Ended up coming out and fixing the issue well, offered an extended warranty on the roof, and smoothed everything over. Professional and quick once the scheduling was sorted out."

"Hired Travis Turner, owner of Eagle Restoration to repair a roof leak. He provided a warranty; however, when roof continued to leak, he refused to honor his warranty. Travis does not have his own roofing crew. He uses sub contractors to do the work. Would highly recommend avoiding this company. "

"The work done was excellent. We got 2 bothrooms tub to shower conversions and an entry door. We felt we were TOTALLY misled by our salesman on the financing front. We wanted the 24 month SAC financing, and the entire conversation there was mention of that. The job was recently completed and those were not the terms of the contract. All I have to say, double check what you are signing, even if the whole conversation prior to signing is indicative of the deal you think you are getting, double check that you are not being misled and if you think you are getting 24 months interest free, make sure that is what is in the contract. Don't be trusting and complacent that all salesmen are not slippery. It is a total salesman move and it works - very scummy business move. And ask for an itemized list of what you are getting, like what the shower seat costs, what the caddy costs. These totals of this job and this job - very blase and vanilla. So, the numbers can be padded to absorb the "sale" tha"

"Working with Pete at SRS inc. was a breeze and we look forward to using him on all of our future projects. He was timely, communicated his timeline and availability clearly, and was very agreeable to work with through the entire process. I would highly recommend SRS to anyone needing professional roofing and/or remodeling services."

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
