"They came out and I showed them what all I needed done to keep water away from my foundation. Josh got back to me with a quote and I asked if they could have it done by the end of May. They felt they could depending on weather so I agreed to the quote. Josh and his crew were very professional and did a great job. The work was completed ahead of the the agreed date! My house is over 100 years old so as they took out the old concrete we made some changes from the original quote. I made a few additions and they had some suggestions. They were always helpful and friendly. Even with my additions they were within 10% of the estimate. It was like having a couple buddies doing work for you. "Troys' was the third company that supplied me with an estimate. His was the mid-range. I chose Troy for mulitple reasons, mostly because of his reponsiveness to my several calls and questions and his patience, as I had difficulty chosing between the GAF and ZIP systems. He was very informative. I had to refinance my home in order to pay for the roof, due to several other unexpected repairs and replacements. Troy was aware of my situation and waived his requirment of a 50% down payment. He purchased the material and completed the job, efficiently and expediently, without any payment. Reassuring me several times that he was confident that I would be honorable and pay as soon as possible."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
