"We called to set up a time for the chimney to be cleaned, we recently moved into the house and didn't know when it had last been done or what shape it was in. The day of the appointment Mike called before coming, and he was right on time. In addition to the fireplace we had a question about an opening in the basement that we thought led to the primary chimney. He took the time to look it over and explain that it was a separate one for a wood burning or pellet stove that was in there at some point in the past. He helped us close that up on the roof so no animals or drafts would come down, and did a great job cleaning the fireplace chimney itself. He took some pictures so we could see what the chimney looked like inside, we're now confidently using the fireplace."
