"Overall outstanding! I would definitely recommend and hire again. It’s was a great experience with excellent communication."

"James is a wonderful handyman. He does anything we ask him to do -- he is a trustworthy guy. He does things that we can't do anymore. He is always here the same day to complete the work. Very respectable. I can't say enough about someone like him, and he has an excellent company. Very competent. He knows what he is doing, and he can do everything. I have recommended him to many groups of people."

"Joel and his godfather did a exceptional job. Joel is an excellent communicator. A real professional. The men went the extra mile, shaving wood off the door frame so it fit better. They tidied up after themselves too! We are already setting up another job. I'm very pleased."

"I purchased all the necessary materials myself. All they had to do was install. I was charged $75 $68 with the 5% off coupon) for less than 1/2 hours worth of work. That translates to $150 an hour ($142.5o with a 5% discount). I like PPHI, but that price for a simple install (which I could have done myself or had my neighbor do for free), I feel is very overpriced."

"The pricing was great and he did a good job. Very happy with the outcome!!"

"They came for an estimate and instead repaired it the same day. Very pleased!"

"Joseph was awesome!! He was prompt, great at communicating, explaining what was done and being done, super, super nice guy.... Professional, knowledgeable and very dedicated...i highly recommended him for any of your home repair and remodeling projects!!!"

"Terrible communication. From the beginning to the end communication was horrible. Seemed like a very unprofessional group as far as knowing what they needed to do and being prepared for the job and this continued throughout the 3 days they were at my house. All in all the job got done and the electrician side other than not being prepared or having materials and having constant issues with the parts that they did have and ended up turning out well. The crew was friendly however I did feel unprofessional and not necessarily high quality."

"Mr Trotta is a nice and very professional. He was punctual and did a great job in fixing my kitchen cabinet door. I would definitely hire him for future projects."
