"Overall the power washing work was acceptable but created water damage of some tools and equipment after a power washing service that flooded the garage and the laundry room, they did not took the responsibility to wash out the area even did not alert or warn us about the effect of the power washing. They entered the house with dirty feet and messed up the house floors and bathroom with dirt and mud, and did not even cleaned up the house floors and the bathroom. The worker's name Luis Ortiz, does not accept the responsibility of flooding the garage and the laundry room, and refuse to clean the house floors, carpet, rug and the bathroom floors, They are very unprofessional and should never be trusted to do a power washing job for your home. They did not warned us about a window being open during the work or even some door clearance from the floor."

My budget doesn't yet allow for what I "really" want (a complete renovation), but I decided having the cabinets painted would be a nice way to freshen it up, until I can afford to do a complete reno. The cabinets weren't in bad shape, but they were a medium stain and just kind of "Blah."
