The trees are treated quarterly and are thriving. We recently hired SavATree to trim all of our trees (4 large maples and 5 large crepe myrtles). Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. "It started out pretty well. They came out and mowed and did a full cleanup in early spring, and did a great, thorough job. I had also asked for a shrub to be removed at that time. That didn't happen. I asked for them to come back and take care of it, okay and aware of the extra cost. I asked for that over a month ago and it still hasn't happened. 
The deal was for weekly mowing, and at first they were only coming every other week. I notified Priscilla about it, and she told me the contract was for every other week. They since rectified that mistake.
The main problems are the lack of weeding and leaving grass clippings all over the yard. I emailed Priscilla about it, that I wasn't happy, and was ignored. Then I finally called and she told me I was on the schedule for the following week. The weeding was supposed to be done as needed, and they haven't pulled weeds since the initial cleanup in early spring. I have a mulched hill that becomes overgrown with bermuda and crab grass, and I really wanted it to be treated regularly or pulled, but nothing has been done about it yet.
I'm really disappointed, because I'm paying for this service and not everything that was agreed upon in the contract is being done.

*UPDATE 7/27/15* 

They eventually came out and did a thorough weeding of the entire yard, and it is being kept up better now. There is still the issue with the grass clippings being left on the grass, but overall, they are doing a satisfactory job.
