"<p>Provider was over a half hour late, which wasn't a big deal as I'd planned to be home all day.  Two young men got to work immediately and worked very efficiently.  However, the carpets didn't come as clean as when my husband and I have rented a steamer and done it ourselves.  You can see where we had rugs over the carpets, and the "un-rugged" areas of the carpet look dingy.  The carpet is several years old but in excellent condition as we rarely wear shoes on it.  As the carpet was being steamed, you could see it was being cleaned but I was disappointed that the entire carpet does not appear to be clean.  My husband and I will be doing it again before the holidays.  </p> <p>  </p> <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
