James handled everything, from getting and installing the new generator to electrical and fuel (propane) connections. We have asked him to schedule us for the annual maintenance on the machine. More recently our house had a lightening strike, knocking our half the circuits.  I sent Ryan an email at 11:00 PM and he responded in 15 minutes that he would be out the following day.  He came right on time, repaired the issues that needed to be repaired.  He did not have all the parts on his truck and asked if he could pick them up and finish up the following day.  My family was heading out on vacation the next day and I told Ryan we could finish this up when we return.  His response was "lets get this done before you leave".  He went out, got the parts, returned in a hour and finished up the job.

"Everything went great. The only reason I didn't give an A for quality is that they had to leave holes in my wall and ceiling tile to run the speaker wires. I did agree to this after it was explained how they would have to run the wires, but I haven't figured out how to fix the ceiling tile yet. So I would say it would be nice if that weren't the case and that it wasn't so destructive to do the work and/or it would be repaired as part of the service offered. I would still highly recommend."
