"All went well. Charles was prompt in responding and setting up an appointment. I was mildly disappointed that it would be several weeks till he could get to me, but I was willing to wait based on his reviews here. Once Charles arrived I inquired about the price that included the engine compartment. He told me $300, and I agreed - partly because I had waited over 2 weeks for the appointment and didn't want to start all over with someone else. I have to say that he worked hard and did an absolutely excellent job. However, based on prices that others have paid, I now feel I may have been gouged slightly cause I live in Brentwood. If what I paid was fair, it would have been good for Charles to let me know that what I was getting was above and beyond the norm. Bottom line: He does super work and all went well. The only thing preventing me from giving him all A's was the cost and a little bit the delay. I'd hire him again."

I thought the technician was four hours late; however, I was the one who recorded the wrong time. The other issues I had a problem with, they repaired. While here, they were great, very respectful, and if something wasnt perfect, they called me in the and explained why it looked the way it did and what I needed to purchase to make it right. "Responded to request within an hour.  Came out and gave estimate that day.  They went out of their way to help us decide the best place to pour the two individual pads.  Began work two days later.  The entire crew worked very hard and were very professional.  They had to deal with delays waiting on the delivery of rock and three trucks of concrete, but handled it well.  They worked late, because of the delays, but were determined to get the huge job completed in one day.  They went out of their way to help us prepare the site by moving our storage buildings.  Cody came back the following two days to check on the slabs to ensure that they were curing correctly and to score them to prevent cracking.  Everything about this job was excellent.  I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"They are awesome, punctual hardworking fellows. They cleaned up everyday before leaving the job. They were always helping my Mama with extra things that she needed. They also brought her the paper every morning. Our driveway is very long. She would have had to wait until we came home from work otherwise. They are coming back to remodel our kitchen soon!
