"Hired Bill Philpot to repair leaks in the roof, fascia, and soffits, and clean and seal gutters at the corners and seams. This was a terrible experience for me, as I hired them to do repairs on the house of my mother. The workers were unskilled and apparently in recovery. Should have stopped the job on day 4, but I thought Bill wanted to make it right. The gutters still leak. The roof over the front porch had to be done twice. It has been 4 months and Bill has yet to come out to inspect the **so-called** finished job. Overpriced. I would not recommend them."

Superior Cleaning Services was founded in 2006 by Philip Tatum and Mike Floyd and provides pressure washing services in Birmingham, AL and the surrounding areas, as well as window cleaning, deck cleaning & restoration and gutter cleaning. We service both residential and commercial properties. At this time we have a team of three cleaning professionals, two of which are the owners/managers. At least one of the owners is always present on-site and we do not use subcontractors. We are fully bonded and insured, licensing does not apply to our services. We offer free estimates and guarantee all work.

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
