He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. "I am incredibly grateful for the fantastic service Corey Harris provided in the way he addressed my chronic flooding issue. My husband and I purchased a new home about eight years. During that time, we discovered a hidden creek in our backyard. The creek received water from several neighbors' located behind us on an hill. After a storm or heavy rain, the creek would crest. This caused an enormous amount of water to run through our backyard, into our driveway, cross the street, enter our neighbors' driveway, and into their backyard. The water resulted in large holes forming in the street and flooding. Because of Corey's excellent analytical skills, he was able to offer his assistance. "Building a new out building for a wood shop.  The location needed some excavation back into a hill to come up with a level area large enough for the 16'x20' footprint and 6' perimeter area for the installers.  The work seem to grow as we moved back into the hill; we ended up using close to 80 railroad ties to shore up the back and sides for the site.
We also decided to "bury" the power feed from an existing power pole so a change was made to the original contract.  While digging the trench, came across a significant piece of "Shelby County Gold (chert!)" which posed its own challenge.  Mother nature proved a bit fitful with Spring rain to really soak down the newly exposed dirt; delays were unavoidable but Heath stayed with it and we were able to get a level building site and a wire ready power conduit before the builders arrived to start construction.
All of this being said, Heath did a great job on what started as a seemingly easy request but turned out to be a more complex project with multiple challenges.  We are very pleased with his work, his work ethic and attention to detail.  Any future grading or excavation work will definitely be pointed in Heath's direction.

At the consultation meeting as well as in the statement of work, Jose provided a detailed explanation of what the job would entail, the materials and processes that he would use, and addressed all of my concerns. He worked with me on pricing to fit my budget. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, with meticulous attention to detail, from the demo of the existing driveway to pressure washing the street to make sure no mess was left behind. Jose personally inspected the entire driveway, and stopped by a few times to ensure it was curing correctly. "Overall the experience was fine.  I enjoyed working with him and would do it again.  They did good work.  He speaks english but many of those who work with him may not.  I liked the work he did and he solved a couple of minor other problems while he was there.  I am looking to have him back to do other work as well.  The most expensive part of this trip was the basement blocks having to be done.  Overall he worked with me on price and we agreed.  My only complaint was that it took longer than they initially stated, but on the upside, the totally cleaned up everything.  If I found a problem, I just shared it with them and they fixed.  Overall very pleasant experience.
