"They were fast, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing, but they were not able to diagnose the problem 100%. However, they told me what they thought hte problem was (bad circuit breaker unit), and after I replaced the circuit breaker, the problem appears to be fixed, so it looks like they were correct. They also made a good suggestion about another appliance problem unrelated to this service call. I would not hesitate to call them again for another problem."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
