"I'm afraid we'd have to give this company a low/fair rating. Two guys came to clean our ductwork, and while their attitudes were helpful enough, they simply didn't have sufficient training to do the job. In addition, no one ever called to confirm the appointment the day before (my wife had to call them), and when they passed the 10-12 arrival time, we received no call letting us know they would be late. Not very professional!! When they arrived, we had all the furniture moved and assisted in directing to the furnace and resisters ?! Right from the beginning, their hose didn't adapt to our filter housing (needed an adapter). The tech asked if he could cut a hole in our ductwork ?! "NO", so I made a adapter with cardboard, cutting to the size of the opening and hose ?! They seemed to have trouble removing some grills, so I loaned them a screwdriver and a box cutter. Finally, after they left, I noticed that they changed out my filter which when I checked it, the new one was put in wrong, upside down and didn't mark the date ?! The two, service techs seemed very "green", but friendly. Unfortunately, "you get what you pay for" and I would not hire again"

"I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. He is honest, straight forward , and quick.We ordered new panels for the walls of the fireplace Joe installed them in 45 minutes and we were back in business that evening.
