"I had Mr Simpson out to do an estimate he was able to come out the very same day. I was calling other companies and they wanted to make special appointments. He told me that I did not need a new roof that I just need it some preventative Maintenance and I should be fine and he also suggested coding the roof with a grey silicone coating to preserve the membrane and make it last longer he gave me a fair price and he also said that he could do it the next day. I usually get more than one Estimate but the young man seemed very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of my roof and showed me what was going on and explain to me the membrane that I haveit's supposed to be maintained and I never did have any type of maintenance done so I agreed and he did the job"

"Ivan came out promptly to provide a quote. He communicated very well and showed up on the days he told us he would be here. He hand cleaned all our gutters... wiping them down so they look new. We have had issues since we moved into this house 13 years ago with the gutters. We have a long span and every time it rained heavy it would spill over and through the years this caused damaged to other areas of the house. He added new securing brackets and re did the angles and added larger downspouts to accommodate the heavy rains. Our house is tricky as it is three stories high on the back and we have a very steep roof. He cleaned out years of build up in the back where previous gutter cleaners could not reach. He topped all of them with new gutter guards. While he was there working I asked if he could make a small repair to our siding and said no problem and fixed that as well. We will be calling him the future when it is time for new siding and roofing. We are very pleased.

From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch.
