"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area. 
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? 
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details. 
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.

We had them replace a sump pump discharge line in our yard, remove and plant new bushes and add stone and edging around our house. "I had tried to contact several tree/landscaping professionals because we had a very tall tree fall in our back yard. Thankfully, that one caused no damage, but I had concerns that others were diseased and vulnerable as well. I had a horrible time just having someone call me back. I was able to have two people actually honor a commitment and come to the house to survey the situation. They told me that it would take them several weeks before they could get to it. I found Anthony's name and company through Home Advisor and called him. He had had a cancellation, so he came to my house in about 30 minutes. He surveyed the situation and concurred with the advice of the others, by and large: in addition to the three that had already fallen, three others were dangerous and should be removed. He wrote an estimate right there on the spot. The others told me they would email me one, but never did, even after I called to remind them. His estimate was about what others had verbally told me, but he texted the next day to offer me a discount and told me that he would have it done within a week. I agreed to go with him and am so grateful. He charged less than anyone else, he removed the trees safely without damaging anything else, including our fence, he ground the stumps, had everything removed, and even trimmed some other trees away from the house (an added, last minute request) at no charge. When it was all done, he told me that he would come this fall to plant some seed and tend to some grass that had been killed by the equipment and dead trees as they were removed. Again, at no charge. This guy reminds me of small businessmen from my youth - hardworking, independent, and mostly, honest. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat."

"The work has not started yet due to weather, so I cannot really rate them at this time as requested by HomeAdvisor. I have hired Budde Landscaping to repair a brick driveway. I am hoping to hear from them in the next few days on the status for starting work this month as they planned. Once the work is completed, I will give a more complete review. Given the great reviews posted for Budde Landscaping, I am confident I will be very happy with the results."

"Bill and his crew were able to get to our house within a couple of days after we agreed to have them do our landscaping. The workers were very kind and considerate and the job was done according to plan. Bill gave us instructions on how and when to water all of the plants and it's been a week since the job was completed and everything looks great !! The crew was very good about removing debris and leaving the property in immaculate condition. I would recommend them for any landscaping project, no matter how big or how small."
