We are a family owned, residential design/build landscaping firm that has been serving the triangle since 1981.
"Our backyard had a large uphill slope, rendering most of it unusable. Additionally, there were drainage problems and a lack of privacy. All of these prevented us from enjoying our yard. Gardens of the Carolinas was the most responsive when we initiated initial inquiries, which continued throughout our project. John and his team were fantastic to work with for our backyard project. The team listened to our concerns and provided an extensive long-term vision for rectifying them and making them an area we’d enjoy moving forward. Based on our immediate needs, we decided to take a phased approach by adding a timber retention wall, a stone wall with lighting, and privacy trees. They also tapped into our existing drainage solution and made it more efficient. I view this as providing us with a canvas for future projects. Susan made great recommendation and picked out the windows, so I didn't have to do a lot of shopping around. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work. The crew members are trust-worthy which is great for a busy professional like myself. I left the house to them in the morning and went on with my day. They locked it up at the end of the day, cleaned up construction related mess so when I got home it was as if nothing had happened, except for all the brand new windows on the wall!!! There were some minor issues with a few windows, but when I pointed them out, they fixed them right away. House repair and remodeling could be very stressful but they really made it easy, from the initial consultation to the work completion, I never have to worry about a thing, that's why I alway go with them."
