He also hauled a heavy piece of furniture downstairs for me and removed and replaced rubber step mats on my 5 garage stairs. Noted that I had bought the wrong materials for adhesive:) He knew what was best. Don't waste your time or money, hire Cranston to do the job efficiently, I'm so thankful I did! "The installers who did the work were great craftsmen. However, service during the installation and after the sale was sub-par. I did get a call when they would start work but never got any follow-up from any foreman or person in charge of the job. Somedays one person was working, other days they did not show. There was not any communication on how long the job would take, walkthrough of the job to be done, and if I had any concerns as the homeowner. I also was not sure who was in charge of the team working. When I saw that the windows were not being built out as discussed with the salesperson, I called and sent an email to Kingsford and no one bothered to reply. The next day I did speak to one of the guys working about my concern and he said he found out that morning about building out the window casings and would correct the issue. So obviously behind the scenes, they are communicating but not with the homeowner. There was also a language barrier and I was not sure if I was being understood or not. The product I bought was great and the work looks nice. I do think Kingsford needs to work on their customer service. I will say that customer service was excellent once it was time for me to pay the bill."

"He was amazing. Not only was he able to repair the installation of my storm door, he took the time to go over everything with me and what he did. He cleaned up his area afterwards. Due to the storm that came through, he was in constant contact with me with his availability which was also nice."

"After reading various contractor reviews in HomeAdvisor, we narrowed it down to 3 contractors, and ended up hiring My Guys Remodeling to replace: our front porch; some trim/siding boards; a couple of outside doors; the gutters, and paint the house. We are glad we did! We have experience with other contractors doing different upgrades for our house, but My Guys ending up being our best experience. They did what they said they said they would do, and within the time frame they said they would do it. The remodeling consultant for My Guys, Dave, was very helpful guiding us through possible options of what we wanted done, and was very friendly to work with. Shane, the operations manager for our project, was great to work with as well. He kept us up-to-date on the progress, and helped us work through anything that came up. One of the owners even called to update us of an item when neither Dave/Shane were not available. I would highly recommend using My Guys Remodeling for any of your outdoor needs, I know we would definitely use them again. Dean H."
