"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. "James was great!  He came out to give us a free estimate which was lower than other estimates we received.  We wanted to buy our own fixtures (shower, vanity, toilet, etc.), so he gave us the price for the installation and finishings (trim, paint, etc.)  He said the job would take about 3 weeks which from start to finish it did, even though they weren't here every day.  As they were working, they figured out that the vanity we chose didn't quite fit right with the plumbing.  He had the idea to take the drawer apart and move the tracks to make it work.  It is perfect.  After a few days of completion, we noticed a couple of things that needed tweaking, and he came back out to fix them, no questions asked and at no additional charge.  Overall, we were very happy with this work, how kind he was, and the finished product! :)
