"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"6:30am (sub zero temp), attempted to open garage door.  Garage door would only open one foot from ground.  After several attempts, the overhead opener made a strange sound and the door would not open at all.  I called ASAP Door at 6:45am. <br /> Todd answered the phone immediately and had me check to see if my spring had broken, which it had. <br /> He gave me an estimate and said he would be at my home within an hour.  After arriving promptly, Todd found an additional problem in that my gear and shaft assembly on the opener was badly worn and in need of repair as well.  He replaced both springs along with the gear and shaft assembly on the opener within a couple of hours.  The door operates smoothly and quietly.   <br /> I was very impressed with Todd's quick response time considering the hour I called.  The professional service along with a reasonable price made an excellent experience for me.  I will be using ASAP for any garage door issues in the future and will recommend ASAP to friends and neighbors. <br /> <br />"

"Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"

"I had a tree root right where the cast iron pipe feeds into the clay pipes.  When these pipes were initially installed, they were not sealed properly.  Dusty's Drain Cleaning had to dig a hole into part of the yard and ended up going underneath the sidewalk.  They replaced the pipe where the tree root was running through.  Also when they put all of the dirt back, even though they went underneath the sidewalk, there were no issues with the sidewalk after everything was put back. You couldn't tell that they had gone underneath the sidewalk.  <br /> It has been a year and I have not had any issues with my main line backing up and the sidewalk is as even as it was to start with. <br /> Dusty's Drain Cleaning did a great job. <br />"

"They restructured the kitchen so that it was more functional. They are great. You could actually set your watch by them. They were prompt everyday and immaculate when it came to cleaning. They were so helpful by sending images to me, and stayed in contact while i was traveling to keep me updated. I would recommend them twice on Sunday because they are worth the service. Mark was the primary person we dealt with, and they should give him a raise because he was so knowledgeable!"
