"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Curt advised me on the right wood choice to make and how it would affect initial installation cost and longevity. His advice was taken, and I couldn't be happier. Two small hiccups in the quality of two boards were cheerfully and professionally resolved. The deck is stronger than the original, handsome and very functional. All the work was professional and it turned out better than I hoped when I originally determined to replace the deck. Of all the positives, I would say that once Curt, the company owner, started the deck, he kept with it and didn't "disappear" for days, leaving the deck's completion to languish over several weeks. It was completed on the agreed upon schedule."
