"From initial telephone contact, to actual Move, Mr. Steven Keblin (Owner), and his Staff were professional, respectful, courteous, friendly, and patent. As former Military, having experienced some Nightmare Moves, I was very cautious about moving after accumulating 16 years of household items. Steven explained the entire Moving process, the Basics and estimated costs for manpower and man-hours. While normally an inventory of items is performed online, realizing my concerns (especially Damages to non-replaceable items as has happened in the past), Steven sent Derek, a Moving Team Leader to evaluate my needs onsite . Derek was excellent, spending precious time assessing everything. With my previous unpleasant experiences, Derek agreed to add a third man to his Team. In the end, a 3-man Team was more effective and efficient. The Team Members included Derek, Gary & Chris. This expert Crew was so efficient and methodical, it was a pleasure to watch as they carefully prepared and wrapped all my furniture and boxed items. Throughout the Move, they were always friendly, positive, and accommodating. Finally, with all items safely in my new abode, there was no unpleasant surprises: No Damages, credit was given for a short timeout en-route, and the final cost was very reasonable.
