"I waited almost a year before writing this review because I wanted to make sure my new roof would hold up under real-world conditions. And after going through two major hurricanes in 2024, I can confidently say that my roof is fantastic. While I had trees down, my gate collapsed, and we lost power for nearly a week, my roof stayed completely intact. Not a single tile moved. Initial Quote: $16,200 Final Price: $19,500 Would I Use This Company Again? Yes. No company is perfect. I am an extremely picky customer who likes to have everything orderly. They had all of the paperwork ready and I really appreciated that. My roof withstood two major hurricanes without a single issue, and that’s the most important part. Key Advice for Future Customers: ✔ Check materials upon delivery to ensure they are the correct color. ✔ Ensure plywood sheets are numbered and accounted for properly. ✔ Have a fluent English speaker available for the final walkthrough."

"All-Bay did a total (shingle) re-roof for us. We have a LARGE roof and they arrived at 7 AM the first day and were gone by 3 PM the 2nd day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up nearly perfectly. They are Certified Master Elite GAF installers and they provided an outstanding warranty. We received about 8 or 9 bids and All-Bay was the lowest bidder as well. A bit about customer service - we were unsure about the color we wanted. The owner (and estimator), Klaus found us homes to go look at with the shingles we were considering and then he even went to a house that we found on our own to see what color they had used for that job. Lastly he brought over sample shingles for us to compare. In the end the color worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the above-and-beyond from Klaus!"

"I had a new flat roof installed 5 years ago by another roofer ( after Hurricane Irma took the whole roof off ). After 6 years the roof began to leak and ruined my family room ceiling. I called the roofer and he finally came and went up on the roof for about 10 minutes (no tools, no equipment). When he came back down he told me everything was fixed ( so hard to believe ). Anyway I hired a plasterer to re-plaster all the damage to my family room ceiling. That was a herculean task in itself and expensive. One day later it rained and guess what, the water came right through my "new" ceiling. I called Drew Roofing right away and they didn't hesitate to "answer" the phone and get me on their schedule. They arrived on the day they were supposed to and from the pictures they took did a lot of repair work to my roof. I can NOW sigh a sigh of relief and re-paint my family room ceiling. So nice to finally have some peace of mind. THANK YOU DREW ROOFING !!"

"LEAKING BEFORE YOU BILL IS PAID OFF WHILE THEY DODGE YOUR CALLS IS WHAT TO EXPECT! They will give you a fake warranty on the shingles and workmanship. My roof began leaking at the 2 year mark. An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. You are taking a very expensive risk if you have your roof installed by this company! *They use multiple names: Angi Roofing LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus"

And Goodfriend Roofers are the ones that did my roof. the crew that tackled this job were polite, courteous and fast. their work was spot on, and Justin Czternastek the Project Manager kept me informed of each step of the way. when cleanup was done, we walked around the to make sure all was to my liking! "GREAT! I have a Spanish tile roof and not every roofing company can work on these and not all are reputable. I hired Arry’s Roofing to fix a leak in late March/early April. If I can say one thing about everyone I worked with at Arry’s is that they are honestly out to give you the best service and will not charge you for anything that you absolutely do not need. There are few companies that I have worked with that I can say this about, but I feel like Arry’s is truly looking out for my best interest. The work that they bid on turned out to be a little different than what was needed; however, that was not discovered until the day the work started. The expected charge was decreased based on the work needed and when I called the person at Arry’s I had been working with, he wanted to make sure I felt the price was right, etc. Again, when does that even happen? #1 – the charge goes down? And #2 – Arry’s wanted to make sure I felt the adjustment was adequate for the work being done. WOW! I have not put in a review as I wanted to make sure we had a hard rain and I could test the leak to ensure it was fixed. It definitely passed the test and I have found a new roofing company and have already recommended them to several of my neighbors. The worst thing someone thinking about a roofing job could do is not call Arry’s!"
