"Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

"We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. "Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."
