"I am very happy with the repair job done today. I was expecting this to be a small repair job on a fireplace stack that leaked water into my home during a storm. Yesterday, on a Sunday, Junior was at my residence to inspect the situation. Junior not only found issues with the stack but also uncovered quite a number of issues with my roof. He took the time to explain everything and provide an estimate with a great guarantee. Junior and his crew came out today. They completed the job within 8 hours. Tear off was done on one side of my house along with replacement of damaged wood. Junior assured me he could match my shingle and he came through for me. The crew was efficient and left my yard clean upon completion. Junior is very approachable and I felt comfortable asking questions. I highly recommend Aarons Roofing and Construction. I have many projects that need doing and I plan to rely on this company when I need them done."

"They re-paved half of my driveway because that was all they had with them that day. It was very expensive and they did a terrible job. It was supposed to be 3 inches but was not. 2 days later, grass started growing up through it. It was not rolled out smooth, had many rough spots like the asphalt had cooled too much to roll out. It is very uneven, with large areas where water collects. They even applied asphalt over a large pine cone, which left an area where there basically is no asphalt, and it is raised up there. Worst of all though, when I called back about the grass growing up through in a lot of locations, he said he would come look at it, but of course, never did. This guy Robert wouldn't even accept a check! I had to drive about 8 miles away to the bank, while he followed me, just to get him $3500 in cash! WTH? Why is someone based in Ohio even working in central Arkansas? The whole thing is just fishy."

"I hired Joseph to repair the stairs and the edges of my existing brick patio, and then to extend the patio about 10 feet out. First the good. The patio extension came out pretty well he did a decent job matching the bricks given the age of my existing ones, and it looks pretty solid. Unfortunately there’s a big dip between the existing and new patio. Joseph said that was because of the concrete base under the existing but I feel like he could have tapered it better. Anyway that’s not my problem. I asked him to repair my steps (two steps leading to the house ). They were in bad shape , and falling apart. Joseph offered the option to tear down the steps and rebuild for an addition $1500 or he could repair them. I chose to repair. I’ve attached pictures of the finished product. This is after his first employee did an even worse job. I didn’t expect perfect but not happy with this. Joseph is a nice guy and he tries hard but I think he’s just not very good at this. The first day he came by himself and didn’t have any equipment. He used my shovel and wheelbarrow to start the dig work. Not a big deal but just didn’t set up for a great experience. There’s an edge section of the patio that is still broken away. When I asked why he didn’t repair he said it wasn’t part of the contract. disappointing because I specifically said I wanted to fix all the loose parts. Again, Joseph could have offered to repair and provide me an updated estimate but he just opted to not address it. His fee was reasonable, but my advice is to pay a little more and get an actual mason."
