"Guy and his team members are superb. Their company description is exactly what they do. We needed to have a 12x12 foot cement shed pad removed from a site with limitations of location and access. Contractors were not responding to our requests for service. Guy responded and clearly communicated the scope of the work. Lisa continued the good communication connection. The site required the work to be more manual than mechanical. The team assembled a 4-step process and maintained a smooth operation. The team members were friendly, courteous, skilled and hard-working. They were considerate of our driveway and landscaping, and the grounds were left very clean. "I approached the company owner while he was on a job on my block. I asked for an estimate and advice. He gave me an estimate which I felt was quite reasonable, along with options about stump grinding. He gave me an approximate work date. He had his salesman send out a formal quote. I signed and returned the contract. The salesman called me a few days later to schedule the job. Due to the nature of the work, the time of day was approximate, and the date was dependent on weather. <br /> The crew arrived on the date scheduled, well within the time window scheduled. The owner estimated the job would take an hour--he was right on the money! <br /> The four man crew was totally professional, pleasant to deal with, and efficient. "Frank and the On Call Waterproofing Crew do outstanding work. They excavated all around house 6 ft down to the footer. Installed new footer drain pipes and connected new downspout drain pipes. Also installed clean outs that are easy to access for any future maintenance. Tarred and sealed the foundation walls. Back filled with gravel. You would never know they were there once they finished the job. They were careful to protect landscaping and our neighbors property as well. Before Frank and his crew arrived, I had horrible water problems in my basement walls. Water was seeping in through the walls and at the footer base. After On Call Waterproofing finished the job, I have had a dry basement. I can say that I can recommend On Call Waterproofing. They are very professional and do the job right. Keeping the water on the outside of the foundation walls. I was very nervouse to have such a large scale job done at the house. "Service was excellent from initial point of contact, to discussing the job with an estimator and ultimately to the work performed. When crew showed up at 7AM on the day scheduled, I walked around the property with the foreman to discuss my concerns. I asked him to be particularly careful at our concrete patio and garage floor transition to the asphalt. He said he is particularly careful in everything the crew does. At that point, I knew we selected the right company. And he was true to his word. The driveway resurfacing came out completely as planned and looked fantastic. I should also mention that our driveway was fairly narrow and the equipment which Holland used just barely fit, but they made it work without incident. "Christina, in their office, was very friendly and professional. They were right on time in the morning. They kept the heavy trucks off my driveway, and were entirely independent, not requiring anything from me. They were able to pour around the bottom of our wooden to the garage attic, which my husband had not been able to remove. The floor is nicely leveled and is graded so to avoid rainwater running from the driveway into the garage. They did all this in a pouring rain. We're very happy with the service, and have already provided their name to our neighbors. When we need further work, we'll be happy to call them again. <br />"

"<p><br /></p> <p>I called Derrick Edwards, owner, at the end of the season, hoping to get the driveway repaved before winter. There was significant erosion of the old driveway after 30 years of wear and tear, and some fairly deep holes.  He arrived the next day, provided a written estimate, and said his crew could begin the work the following week. They spent a lot of time cleaning out the old, loose asphalt, cutting out big tree roots that had grown under the paving, and putting in a new driveway drain that conformed to new city code. Then poured and rolled about 2" of asphalt over the old, prepared surface.  It looks like new!  They did a great job, cleaned up, and it was all done in two days.  One other note: I remembered that years ago I had hired the Edwards Paving Co. to dig out roots and patch the driveway. Turned out that contractor was Derrick's dad, who passed away earlier this year.  The company has been in the family for several years, and the quality is very, very good.  You can hire them with confidence. </p> <br />"
