I'm not even sure where to start in letting everyone know that John at OMNI Corporation is the most amazing company I've ever worked with! I take care of my elderly mother and when we decided it was time to fully renovate our basement built in 1969 John listened to my concerns in keeping my mother healthy and a trait that is missing in this industry he PATIENTLY listened. My goodness. Despite all the delays that inevitably came (none of which were his fault), he took ownership and made the kind of adjustments that kept the project on time and found ways to cut costs for me. I have nothing but high praise for his foreman as well. His foreman constantly stayed in touch with me and when subcontractors were running late, he would let me know right away. I'm running out of characters in this review box so all I can say is you will not regret hiring Omni 4 your project. "

I can also complete your entire project, including countertops, backsplashes, and even add under cabinet lighting. My installation process takes just days and there's minimal remodeling mess. Most importantly, you deal with me from our first meeting to the end. I will meet with you, build it, and install it. You are hiring me, not paying me to send a bunch of other people into your home! Let’s be honest, there are lots of companies who can build you new doors and cabinets, but only one who puts customer service first! Quality control starts and ends with me. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC.
