Mr. Jerry and his worker went above and beyond what he agreed to do. He cleaned up the side of my house, cleaned off my back deck and cut over growth from my fence so it could be seen. This was very important since we're getting ready to list our house for sale. We are very happy with the completed project. Highly recommend. Be patient as they are a small company. "Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"
