"I booked Jack?s service to clean up a house that I wanted to make tenant ready. They promised they would. I paid $600 for two days of eight hours for them to do work the first day all they completed was the kitchen, barely the second day they didn?t do anything, but go back over the floor that my husband already had cleaned up and left early. The place was sticky still dirty and when I contacted Jack regarding it, he gave me 1 million excuses about how they said that they did the job when we heard them on the phone. Say the house is already clean. What should we do? We ask them to do the walls, the baseboards, the windows as you can see from the pictures that stuff was not done then I put in a dispute with my bank because he was not trying to resolve the issue and they sent a false receipt stating that they gave me a refund back which they did not so I had to dispute it twice I would never ever called them back to do any work for me or anyone that I know. "
