"The quote (underlay moisture barrier and vinyl tile) was all inclusive of the work we needed and it was very reasonable. The installation was completed within 1 1/2 days and all of the old, existing flooring was disposed of. Once the installation was complete, the final total was equal to the amount quoted. The installers were very friendly and were extremely skilled professionals. I plan to use this company for an additional project this coming summer. "My kitchen cabinets have needed refinishing for years and rece tly I had a custom made bathroom vanity that needed finishing. I had met David from Hollywood Refinishing at a home and Garden show in Tulsa. I knew I would hire him to do it when the time came. He had his 3 fabulous hard workers come out and they sanded and stained cabinets for 2 days. They put out mats to kneel on and place the drawers on to protect them. The vanity needed total staining insude and putside the drawers and they matched the cabinet perfectly that sat above the toilet so it matched the new stuff. I only had them do the outside of the doors in the kitchen as that was all I needed. I then was motivated to unload all the unnecessary kitchen items that I did not even remember having. I wiped out the drawers and put down new drawer liners and my kitchen looks new. I highly recommend David Harris and his team. My pictures wont upload. Sorry."

"The house was newly purchased and was in severe need of interior paint work. Interior walls needed to coats and the house is approximately 1,300 sq ft. Lee was able to come out one week after getting my initial quote. Lee was on time and finished the job in 4 days. I provided the paint while Lee took care of all other supplies. I would hire and recommend again in a second. Great work!"

"Initial contact via email was on 9 August.
We scheduled a walk through for 3:00 on Saturday 17 August to explain all the
areas I wanted painted and what repairs I was requesting.   Bill was
delayed, but his wife called about an hour before the appointment time to ask me
if it was alright if they came an hour or two later.  She explained they
had a rush job they needed to complete.  The delay was alright with me as
I had things to do and wasn't inconvenienced by the delay.
Patterson's itemized quote was emailed to me on Monday, 19 August with
price break down and description of each area we had discussed. This was
wonderful in case I only wanted to do a portion of the work performed if things
came in over my budget. Also, I already had a quote from another company broken
down similarly which made it easy to compare prices.  These break downs by
job or room would allow me to use more than one contractor if pricing had been
an issue.  
After comparing the 2 quotes, I chose Patterson Painting.
Both quotes pricing included the paint which was purchased by
contractor unless he was touching up a small area and I had existing paint.
 Bill uses mostly Sherwin Williams as he prefers it due their durability
and coverage.
Bill had some available time before his next job, so we were able to start
quickly.
On the 20th I made a down payment (approximately 1/4 of the quote) for
supplies. He began painting and repairs the next day.  Sometimes it was
only Bill and occasionally he had a helper.  Both were great painters,
cleaned up daily, were quiet and hardly knew they were in the house.
I loved the fact that the paint had NO odor too!
When about 3/4 of the work was completed satisfactorily, I submitted another
payment of about 1/2 the quoted total.  The final payment was made today
when work was completed.  I had, as often happens, found 2-3 things additional
to be painted and again, Bill was at or under my previous quotes.
My only "negative" comment is that when he was not able to come as
scheduled, we were not always notified right away.
Do not be misled by the company name.  Patterson Painting can do much more
than paint. Bill is a handy man who can also fix many other things
(woodwork, sheet rock, tile, etc.).  He was helpful to get me contacts for
complete destruction and replacement of my small cracked concrete porch and a seam
repair of my generic Corian countertop.
We had several full days of work, but not necessarily all sequential due to
either his other commitments or mine.  I was not in a big hurry, so it was
okay with me.
I will be contacting him again soon to quote some more work including painting
my garage and replacing some kitchen and bathroom tile."

"We are getting ready to sell our home and needed most all of the house touched up and/or repainted. The master bedroom suite needed a complete color change. After taking down all pictures and curtain rods, I was concerned about the damage to the drywall. Also, we had a couple of areas that needed significant dry wall repair and wall paper border removed from a bathroom. After getting several quotes, we decide to go with Manuel at Impressions Painting. We found Manuel to be knowledgeable and very professional. After meeting with him, we felt we were in capable hands and that they would go above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We had great expectations and Impressions Painting actually exceeded all expectations. There was a quality control specialist with the crew at all times. They removed wall paper border from bathroom and repaired all sheet rock blemishes and damage as needed. It is impossible to tell that there were ever any holes from hanging pictures, curtain rods, etc. The walls look like new! The crew worked all day Monday and Tuesday, then Manuel and one painter returned the next day to do a walk thru and do any touchup needed. They even did extra work on our kitchen cabinets and front door, at no extra charge. There was a couple of screws missing on a light switch plate and they made a special trip to Lowes the next day to purchase the screws, and then to Broken Arrow to replace the screws. Now, that’s going above and beyond to please the customer Our experience was positive from beginning to end. Manuel stayed in contact with us via telephone and text, before, during and after the job was complete. I could say the wall paint looks as good as new, but actually it looks better than when it was new. We are very pleased and highly recommend Manuel and Impressions Painting."
