He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. I’m hoping to work with this company again for my cement driveway project. Highly recommended!"

"I received 4 estimates from 4 different companies for the work that needed to be done and decided to go with Greene Concrete leveling due to the price and their 10 year warranty. They also came highly recommended from several people I had talked to. The crew of 2 young men showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. Explained the estimated cost ($375.00), applied my coupon ($25.00 off) and went straight to work. They offered to caulk the crack between the walkway and the driveway for an additional fee ($30.00), which was a nice surprise because I had planned to do it myself afterwards, but since they offered the service I agreed to the extra cost and now I don't have to worry about it, which to me is worth the additional fee, plus the coupon evened it out. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and they were finished with project in about 35 minutes. They had to drill 4 holes in the walkway platform to pump concrete through the holes to lift the entire platform. They were able to raise the entire piece without any stress cracks or damage to the existing concrete slab. They power washed and cleaned the surrounding area and driveway when they were done. It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Greene Concrete Leveling to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future if needed. I unfortunately did not take before pictures, but I included some pictures of the work when it was finished, I am very pleased with the results."

"Dan was a great contractor. He was fair and honest from the beginning with the estimate, the scheduling, updates as to when he was going to start the job and through the whole process of tearing out concrete and pouring. Everything was spelled out on the estimate and in writing. Any extras he might have to do was in there so there would be no surprises when he was doing the job. Ended up we need a lot of extras but we knew cost and were no surprises when we got the bill. He was on the job everyday so no contract employees to deal with. If he had questions about what we wanted he asked and we worked out the details. We made some changes on the fly and he was able to do them. We had bad drainage pipes and he needed to put on new ones and we knew the cost before hand. So it was easy to tell him go ahead because Dan knew if it was not done he would be back in couple years to fix the concrete again because the base would fail due to water under it that is the homeowners responsibility to do. He ended up adding 190 feet of drain tile we did not think we were going to need when we started the project but we ended up needing it because our drive collects all our water and the neighbors yard water. The driveway actually flooded overnight as he was removing the old concrete so it need all the drain tile to make it last. I have to say our yard has never been drier. We made the right call. He also recommended how we should do our sidewalk to eliminate steps and make it look great. We are so happy with Dan’s job that we recommend him for anybody wanting new concrete. He is a great guy and he is an honest man. We would have him work here again if we need more concrete poured. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed in his work."

"This work was done 2 years ago and this review never saved correctly for some reason, but because the guys did good work and it still looks great, I figured I'd try to get this saved. I had half of my basement done with Everstone's composite product to cover some unsightly concrete that was also very uneven (a variance of up to 2" overall). The guys sanded down the ugly, gaping cracks I had and I remember being amazed at how well the concrete looked even at that point. The entire process took about 3 days, mostly to let things settle in between. The final day was just for a finishing coat and only took an hour or so. After 2 years, this floor still looks amazing and I've had no issues with the work or product. I haven't needed any more done since, but I'd certainly call Everstone back for another job. The guys were very upfront about the process, job, and answered every question I had. I knew the general cost before I even saw their estimate, and was happy it just about where I had guessed."

"I had a great experience working with Gaetano on a driveway extension. They were professional, knowledgeable, did excellent work, and really went the extra mile at every stage of the project. When I first contacted them, I was in a bind because a previous contractor had done shoddy work and then abandoned the job before finishing it. Gaetano was already fully booked, but Guy was sympathetic to my situation and, over several phone calls and visits, came up with a plan to get the job done right. I am extremely grateful that Guy took so much time to help me out, especially considering his plate was already full. Within two weeks of our first contact, Guy and his crew had managed to correct the prior contractor’s faulty work and complete the job. There was frequent communication from both Guy and Lisa during the whole process – either to check in, to ask questions, or to give me status updates. Everything about the job was transparent, from the comprehensively written proposal right down to their sharing the concrete ticket from their supplier. The work itself was expertly coordinated, with the excavation, base preparation, city inspection, and pouring all being done in a single day. Guy was conscientious about every aspect of the project. He arranged for the concrete grade to drain rainwater away properly. He lined up the contraction joints with those of the existing driveway. He made sure to comply with local regulations. He protected the concrete using quality sealant. He cleared the dirt piles left behind by the prior contractor. He came back after the job was complete to do a thorough cleanup. The finished driveway extension was exactly as I had hoped. I would 100% hire Guy again. If I could give more than five stars I would."
