Rick Doesburg began working for the company in 1969 and bought the company from the Thorntons when they retired in 1999. He now serves as the CEO. Following in his father’s footsteps, Andy has also served as president of the Associates Council of the Greater Cincinnati Homebuilders Association in 2007. And he was the ONLA president in 2009.
