"Not very good. He came and look at it. Change some wires. I'm not sure if he was very knowledgeable with my fireplace. The switch that turn it on and off, he removed it completely and not said anything. I also had two switches which he took my part with them and left the panel with a hole in, where the switch show through. Never told me he was taking it out or told me that he is taking them. He show me the bill on his IPhone and I had sign it. With no info on it about service. After he left, called them to explain the bill. I asked for the receipt from them. I received it bill but it was not itemized for the service."

We had a new liner installed in our chimney and after inspecting the exterior chimney, Tony immediately identified damage that had occurred from years of weather and use. Tony provided several repair options with varying prices, however ultimately recommended the most cost effective and common sense solution and not once pushed for the more expensive repair. This is just one example of Tony’s business and work ethic. Tony’s crew showed up on time and performed exactly what was promised. I call them, and was told that they had no record of ever coming to my home. I waited a bit, called them again, and they sent another person to provide an estimate. The estimate was close to the first one. And again, I hear nothing from them afterwards, in spite of 3 phone calls asking for a written estimate and for scheduling the job. Then I gave up and hired another company."

"A small flat roof was replaced on the extension of my house in November, 2018 as well as a roof on our shed. At the end of 2021 the house roof leaked through the high hats in the ceiling. I tried to contact the contractor with no success and had to hire another contractor to make repairs. Recently, we experienced more leaks. Two separate contractors have informed me that the material used to replace the roof was outdated and poorly installed. The roof is only 3.5 years old and needs to be replaced again."
