"Advanced Construction and Development is an amazing company. They remodeled my two old bathrooms and exceeded my expectations in every way. As luck would have it, I found them on Angieâ s List. Valery, their project manager, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, gave guidance when necessary, and completely supported my vision. Additionally, she answered all of my (many) questions calmly and remained patient with my input. Valery is a most excellent collaborator. Danillo and his team worked tirelessly. Also, they were careful to protect my condo from dust, which was a major task in and of itself, since the bathrooms had old, thick tiles lining every inch of the walls and ceilings. They worked in a most timely fashion, all while keeping an easy-going, cheerful disposition. Needless to say, the bathrooms turned out beautifully and Iâ m overjoyed with the work done by Valery, Danillo, and the rest of the Advanced Construction team. Next up, my kitchen! Advanced construction is a team of honest professionals who gave me the bathrooms of my dreams. They have my highest recommendation!!!"
